Wantable - September 2013 Reveal - Monthly Beauty Subscription Box Unboxing, Swatches & Photo Gallery Review

Wantable Beauty Box  is a $36/month high end beauty subscription. Each beauty box sent is based on your personal profile and contains 4-6 full-size top-quality items that are curated by professional makeup artists and stylists. They also have a monthly Jewelry Box available for the same price. I subscribe to both!! This is by far my favorite beauty subscription, albeit a bit pricey, you get your money back in value!!♥..

The value of this box was amazing!  Well done Wantable!

The packaging and branding is clean, fresh and classic. Their model is beautiful and right on trend.

Their referral program isn't the best in the beauty box market but it is still a good program.  They really should offer a little more for sending referrals considering the fact that they rarely have first box promos and their box is on the high side at $36!!

This box brought me a lot of new brands that I have never heard of before and I love that.  Wantable is one of my favorite beauty boxes, they always send me things I want to try and that will match my skin tone.  They have a great profile builder which they use to customize the boxes however they keep sending me dark green eye shadow which is my least favorite eye shadow color.

I contacted customer support regarding the green eye shadow debacle and they told me to email them before my next box shipped to remind them not to send green eye shadow... I really was not happy with that response.  I now have 3 dark green eye shadows from them that I will not use and that kinda sucks!  I was hoping maybe they would let me return them or offer me a credit or promise to not send anymore dark green eye shadow but they did none of those things.  So, needless to say, I am a bit disappointed with customer service because of this.  I also tried to contact them once before this issue because I was unhappy with a jewelry box that I received and they never even returned my email.  I let that slide because it was a blogger box so it was free but I must tell you that I am now getting a bit concerned regarding their customer service in general.

It would be nice to see them work with some kind of theme each month... it would only make the box better and it is already great!!  For instance I got a foundation brush this month but no foundation to use it with... this month's box really didn't connect the dots very well.

Still amazing, Still love it... but  they do need to improve their customer service.
