Report Card Notes:

This is a different kind of grading since this is a rental service or try and buy rather than a normal monthly box.  The merchandise in this box was a hit for me!  I kept the necklace and earrings!  I loved them.  They did great this time!  I loved the concept of the ring but it just looked to cheap and I didn't like the way it looked on my finger...!  A pre-labeled return envelope makes returns super easy but the delay in between boxes has gotten quite a bit longer.  It was about 5-6 days and now it seems to be about 12-13.  The packaging is beautiful and their logos are unique and interesting. I love untying all the hot pink bows!  They got a B- in product information because I WANT TO KNOW MORE!! I want to know exactly what I am wearing, EXACTLY what it is made of, what year it was made, how long it has been in rotation on RocksBox and more.   The product descriptions on the packing are more about the designer and less about the individual piece.   Also, it seems that they want you to return the packing slip they send you which shows each piece you got, I personally like to keep this piece of paper and so I think they should include the packing slip and then a return slip for tracking rather than just one piece of paper. Also, it would be nice and raise their value if they would allow you to apply your $19 monthly fee towards your purchase if you keep something.  I like the box but if there is going to be a 10-13 day delay between boxes I will have to reconsider this service.  I would expect a 5-7 day delay but not double that.  Even thought everything in this box was perfect I think they need to consider offering larger discounts on items that scratched because that is just the nature of the beast with a rental service.
