Ok, not a winner, too small for my wrist and I do not like it as a necklace... It was also quite worn and discolored. I emailed rocksbox to let them know this and they said they would do a partial credit to my account but they never did...
I loved these earrings!! BUT the backs that came with them were WAY too loose and so I had to search my backs to find ones that would fit these earrings.. luckily I was able to find a pair of backs that fit or else I would not have been able to wear them.. I also let customer service know about this... still no partial credit to my account. So now two out of three were basically unwearable so I was not a happy camper!!
Gorgeous necklace right??? Yea I loved it but when I tried to match with an outfit that I own I couldn't find anything to wear with it and I tried!! So strike 3. Also, whenever they send long necklaces they come in a knot that you have undo before you can even see what the necklace looks like. It literately took me about 10 minutes to unknot this necklace... I also let customer service know about the long necklace knotting issue and I was happy to see that they last long necklace I received was nicely wound around a piece of plastic instead of just thrown in a bag to get tangled!! So it looks like they listened to that one...

Report Card Notes:
This is a different kind of grading since this is a rental service or try and buy rather than a normal monthly box. The merchandise in this box was a bit of disappointment for me. I was specifically asked for a multi-finger ring or long ring and I got neither. I also got a poorly fitting, dirty bracelet and a pair of earring that I could not wear without taking the time to search for backs that would hold them on. Being a rental service they took about a weeks worth of jewelry away from me so I am bummed. I am thrilled that it comes with a prepaid, pre-labeled return envelope. It makes returns super easy. The packaging is beautiful and their logos are unique and interesting. I love untying all the hot pink bows! They got a B- in product information because I WANT TO KNOW MORE!! I want to know exactly what I am wearing, EXACTLY what it is made of, what year it was made, how long it has been in rotation on RocksBox and more. The product descriptions on the packing slip are a little vague. They do have a nice blurb about each designer though which I enjoyed reading... now I just want more info about each piece. :) Also it might be a nice touch for them to add an actual product info card for EACH PIECE of jewelry that way the customers could keep it and remember what they have rented in case they want to rent it again or purchase it at a later date. I have rec'd another box since this one but it took a little longer to get then I would have liked. I like the box but if there is going to be a 10-13 day delay between boxes I will have to reconsider this service. I would expect a 5-7 day delay but not double that. I like the box I have now and will put up that review for all of your eyeballs soon!
UPDATE: Customer service has contacted me and they credited my monthly fee by $15 for this problem. I think that is more than fair and I really appreciate the follow through on their part. Thank you RocksBox!
